Founder & Managing Partner
John E. Walker
Managing Partner John E. Walker founded Chirp in 2017 following a 20+ year marketing and communications career at major multi-national public relations firms and global corporations, including Edelman, Ketchum, Publicis, Syniverse as well as formative experience at Planet Hollywood International Inc. and the Walt Disney World Company.
Based on his experience, he envisioned a different way to service clients with dedicated senior counsel that develop and implement integrated programs, collaborating with in-house resources and existing partner agencies to deliver results that matter.
John has earned several industry awards, including a PRSA Silver Anvil, PRSA Georgia Phoenix Awards, IABC Golden Quills, and many others, and was recognized as one of 30 under 30 by PR Week magazine. He’s a past president of PRSA Georgia, an alumni of LEAD Atlanta and currently serves on the Executive Advisory Board of ToolBank USA. John holds a Master of Business Administration in international marketing from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University.

For more than fifteen years, Niamh has been a public relations practitioner working both independently and with agencies such as Edelman and TSI Communications. Responsible for program development and management, strategic events, media and analyst relations and editorial support for her clients, Niamh’s experience incorporates B2B and technology clients in digital imaging, security, wireless, telecom and more vertical industries.
Niamh works closely with all her clients to meet their media objectives by actively pursuing appropriate targets. Over the years, Niamh has developed relationships with reporters at various publications and news services. Additionally, Niamh has secured placements for clients in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Investor’s Business Daily, Reuters, AdWeek, BrandWeek, Chief Executive Magazine, GreenTech Pastures, Reader’s Digest, Security Systems News, SDM Magazine, Network World, imageSource Magazine, Computer Reseller News, CNET News.com, Wireless Week and RCR Wireless News.
For approximately five years, Niamh was responsible for positioning Canon U.S.A. as the leader in imaging technology and raising visibility of the company in the B2B and B2C markets. Additionally, she played a key role in client product launches (both enterprise and consumer) including Akamai’s Net Usage Index for Advertising.
Niamh has also worked on other technology and corporate accounts, including Canon Business Solutions, Syniverse Technologies, GE Security, VoiceGlo, GN Netcom, Avaya, TeleCommunications Systems, InterDigital, Global Crossing, CircleUp, PaySimple and Targus Group International.
Niamh received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Iona College.
Danielle Brown is a recent graduate from Mississippi State University majoring in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. As a student at MSU, Danielle worked as the Lead News Producer for the campus radio station, 91.1 WMSV, gaining valuable experience in writing, broadcasting and leadership.
Danielle has been working for Chirp since April of 2019. As a client specialist, she has learned how to master delivering client success with research, writing, media pitching and program tracking. She also has applied her skills attained at Mississippi State to Chirp’s client base.
Currently she resides in Starkville, MS with her fiancé and their cat Larry.
