This month marks our eighth Chirp-aversary – eight years of storytelling, strategy, learning, and celebrating the wins (and lessons) alongside our clients, partners, and team.
What started as a one-person leap of faith has grown into a fully integrated, senior-level team of seasoned experts – strategists, storytellers, and collaborators – working across industries to help brands connect with purpose.
We’ve evolved through industry shifts, platform changes, technology revolutions, and cultural transformations. But the heart of our work has remained the same: elevate meaningful brands and help them communicate with clarity, purpose, and impact to drive the best results.
Eight years in, we’re still guided by the same principle that started it all: put people and purpose first.
In honor of eight years, here are the eight lessons that have shaped us—and continue to guide where we’re headed next.

The B2B PR and marketing landscape never stops evolving. New platforms emerge, audiences shift, and trends move fast. Our willingness to adapt and to explore unfamiliar tools, rethink our approach, and stay curious rather than comfortable has kept us on top of the game. Agility isn’t just reacting. It’s evolving with purpose.
3. AI Is a Tool, Not a Talent
AI has changed how we work. It can draft, analyze, summarize, and optimize. But it cannot care or feel like a human can. The creativity, empathy, and instinct that make communications powerful are uniquely human. We use AI to enhance efficiency – not replace the craft, strategy, or heart behind our work.
4. Culture Fuels Creativity
